Freckle tattoos can be customized to be as subtle or noticeable as requested. They are generally done in an organic pattern around the nose, cheekbones and brow bone. Clients have requested heart shaped freckles, and even had them done in astrological patterns. 

They are semi-permanent and generally last up to 18 months.
